Robert Percy is a visual artist who lives in California. With a body of work spanning over 40 years, Percy makes intricate abstracts, rich in textural detail.

"Each new painting must surprise me," Percy writes. "It must discreetly and only hint at intuitive feelings beyond or before knowing what it is actually."

"While living in Arizona and then in California my favourite activity has been standing so close to canyon walls or large waterfalls that my entire view was filled with them. I want my paintings to give this feeling of plenitude, of complete abundance."
